Founder & CIO
Martin Berry is the Founder and CIO of Silver Arrows - named for the legendary racing cars that defined an era of precision and performance. He built Gong Cha from one store to 2,300+ across 30 countries, founded Launcho, an AI venture studio compressing brand launches from years to months, and has backed over 100 early-stage technology companies. A competitive racing driver who races with Mercedes AMG (Silver Arrows) at the Le Mans 24 Hours, he applies the same systematic approach to investing as he does to motorsport: disciplined preparation, calculated risk, and decisive execution. Based in Singapore.
